Better said on the subject of “youth”, here’s what Rose had to say.

She was 87 yrs old.

“We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old when we stop playing. There are only 4 secrets to staying young, being happy and success. You have to LAUGH and find humor every single day. You’ve got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die. There are so many people walking around dead and don’t even know it. Anybody can grow older. That doesn’t take talent or ability. The secret is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change. Have no regrets. The elderly usually don’t have regrets for what we did, but rather regrets for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets.”

So true.

The older I get, the younger I feel because I’ve learned along the way what to let go of.  Unhitch the trailer full “stuff ” (worries, stress, fear, regret, insecurity, etc) you’ll never need – better yet let it roll off the mountain and free yourself!
