Forgive

Forgiving  can be the most difficult thing to do, especially when there is no apology from the one who did you wrong.

For a long time, I thought forgiving someone meant…“go ahead, use that broom stick, it’s ok”… basically accepting that wrong was done when in fact it really means, LET IT GO. Also, keeping a white knuckled grip on revenge, anger, pain can ultimately create health issues. Nothing will ever move forward for you while in a state of Unforgiveness.

You want revenge? Forgive, then go be happy with peace of mind for yourself , is the sweetest revenge of all. Forgiving is for your benefit than it is the one who has done you wrong.

There’s great power in forgiveness.

Good example regarding Forgiveness – Nelson Mandela. after 30 years in prison he forgave those who put him there.

Have Patience with Others

(or at least try and give it a shot) I think it’s important not expect others to do, say, act as we “think” they should. Everyone comes from a different place so  it’s better to accept and respect where they are coming from instead of upset they aren’t in your arena of reality so to speak.  I also strongly believe that some people are wired to remain in the dug outs of life while others are wired to charge forward on the front lines. Both have a purpose other than what is ours.
